General instructions ACHLLES

The Achilles team has studied for years the problem created by smoke from wood stoves and has developed a system that provides a real and effective solution to the problem. The extensive experience we have gained in using wood stoves to heat the house has led us to determine a number of critical points in the planning of the system

How to connect the system to your wood stove

Installing the system is simple and similar to installing a small home air conditioner.

Connecting the system to the chimney is done by drilling a hole with a diameter of 5 cm in the upper part of the chimney or by adding a T connector before the last part of the chimney.

The installation of the system can be done by a skilled homeowner or by hiring a qualified technician. In case of a cold winter, use a heated hose that can be purchased at any DIY store.

System Safety and Benefits

The system was designed to be safe for users and not to interfere or affect the operation of the existing wood stove. It will not interfere with the structure of the existing chimney and will allow the wood stove to work even when the system is not working.

Removal of black carbon

The establishment of the system ensures that the particle separation efficiency will be high and significant over time, while treating large quantities of emitted particles.
